Kartolog – Terms of Use

All app design, features, graphics, and data organization are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Kartolog lists Pokémon card information released by Pokémon and The Pokémon Company International. The content of those cards (images, names, descriptions, etc.) belongs to their respective owners.

Using the app doesn’t grant you any ownership rights to this content or to anything else within the app.

Kartolog is made for personal use only. We do not offer an API or support automated access to our data.

• No bots, scripts, or automation tools to extract data (e.g., prices, images, collection info)

• No redistribution of app data without written permission

We may revoke access at any time if we detect misuse or violation of these terms.

Your account is for you alone. Any password, login, or access right you receive is non-transferable. Sharing your account or credentials is not permitted.

By using the app, you agree to hold Kartolog and its team (including affiliates, staff, and legal partners) harmless from any legal claims, losses, or costs related to your use of the app or violations of these terms.

We collect and use information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Kartolog, you agree to that policy and authorize us to handle your data accordingly.

Kartolog is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t make any promises or warranties about how the app performs or the accuracy of its content.

We’re not responsible for:

• Downtime or bugs

• Loss of data or account access

• Indirect damages like lost profits, business disruption, etc.

Our total liability to you, under any circumstances, is limited to what you paid us (if anything).

Kartolog may include ads or offer access to third-party services. These are not operated by us, and we’re not responsible for:

• Their content

• Their practices

• Anything you purchase through them

Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and governed by their terms.

If you make any purchases within the app, you agree:

• Your payment info is accurate

• You’re authorized to use the payment method

• You will pay any posted charges, including taxes

Unless otherwise stated, all in-app purchases are final. In cases where delivery fails through no fault of your own, we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in Pennsylvania courts.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce any part doesn’t waive our right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated version.
